Commission Types

Please read the TOS prior to contacting me.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.If you would like a commission that is out of the scope of the types listed below, please contact me. Any questions about commissions can always be directed through DMs (Instagram preferred) or email.

Turnaround times are estimates, but please allow additional time (up to 10-16 weeks max) as I also have events and other projects to work on as well.I also ask that you keep in mind my previous artworks when commissioning me to determine whether I meet your needs.

Base Prices

Chibi

- Lined and colored chibi art
- Plain/Simple background only
- For personal use or commercial use (additional fees apply)
-Includes watermarked & un-watermarked jpeg/png

  • Full-Body: Starts at $50

  • Additional Character: +50% of the base price (max 3 characters)

Turnaround: ~ 1-2 weeks
2 Free WIP revisions included

Sketch

- Rougher sketch with lightly shaded color or B&W
- Plain/Simple background only
- For personal use only
-Includes watermarked & un-watermarked jpeg/png

  • Half-Body: Starts at $45

  • Full-Body: Starts at $60

  • Additional Character: +50% of the base price (max 3 characters)

Turnaround: ~ 2-3 weeks

Full-render

- Fully-rendered illustration in a painted style
- Plain/Simple background included
-For personal or commercial use (additional fees apply)
-Includes watermarked & unwatermarked jpeg/png

  • Half-Body: Starts at $100

  • Full-Body: Starts at $150

  • Additional Character: +80% of the base price (max 3 characters)

Turnaround: ~ 4-6 weeks

Additional Fees

These fees will scale depending on the amount of extra work needed to be completed.
If you are unsure whether fees apply, don't hesitate to ask me for clarification or a quote.

  • Complex Character Design/Details: $15+ per character added to the base price

  • Detailed Background: $50+ added to the base price

  • Rush Fee*: +30% of the base price if needed in less than 2 weeks

  • Revision Fee: Limited free edits are included in the base price and must be made during the SKETCH/WIP phase. Major edits (not including mistakes) after will incur additional fees based on the complexity of the edit.

  • Large Display Size Fee: Sizes larger than 11"x17" 300dpi will incur an additional fee (to be negotiated).

  • Commercial Use Fee: Starting at +200% of the total commission (more info below)

* Rushed commissions may not be available depending on my availability. I will let you know what I can realistically do based on my schedule.

Personal Use

  • Personal use is included in the base price of the commission.

  • Commission may be used for: profile pictures, social media banners, personal printing (meant for oneself, not for resale), sharing within a personal space, or other activities that are not considered commercial use.

Commercial Use

  • Commercial use fee starts at 200% of the total cost of the commission (including add-ins, such as background and complexity fees).

  • Commercial use may include marketing, distribution & use, production & profit, and adaptations.

  • The commercial use fee will scale depending the nature of the commission's intended use.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.Please read through everything carefully.

Artist Rights

I, as the artist, have the right to:

  • Refuse any commission request/inquiry, without needing to explain the reason.

  • Refuse or stop working on a commission before, during, and after work is completed due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or if any Terms of Service are breached. If Terms of Service are breached, you may be blacklisted from future commissions.

  • Retain all rights to the commission's distribution for promotional and reproduction purposes, or as it applies in terms agreed upon in a Commercial Purpose Commission Agreement.

  • Pursue damages under United States Copyright Law should there exist a violation in addition to a breach of these Terms of Service.

  • Request that any commissioned artwork posted online for public display be properly credited.

Client Rights

You, as the client, have the right to:

  • The use of the commission (personal or commercial), as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement.

  • Ask for updates throughout the commission process, and receive responses within a reasonable time period.

  • An itemized invoice for all services to be rendered, and full transparency regarding the cost of the commission and timeline in which work is to be completed.

  • Be notified if a commission can no longer be completed or any delays that may occur.

  • A confidential commission, if requested, to temporarily delay any public display of the commission until an agreed upon date.

Payment & Refunds

Payment

  • Payment will be processed via PayPal in USD currency.

  • Full Payment (100%) is expected upfront within 48 hours of the invoice before any work begins.

  • If no payment is made within 48 hours of the invoice, then the commission will be canceled.

Refunds

  • Full refunds may only be issued if I am notified before any work has started.

  • After any work has begun, refunds will only be issued up to 50% of the cost of the original commission based on the level of completion.

  • A refund will not be issued if the commission has been fully completed.

  • A refund will not be issued before or after the start of a commission if any Terms of Service are breached.

Usage

  • Commissions may only be used to the extent agreed upon in the Commission Agreement whether for personal or commercial use.

  • If a commission is for commercial use, it is the client's responsibility to notify the artist prior to any start of work. The client may buy commercial rights after a commission is completed (if originally for personal use) for an additional fee.

The commission may not:

  • Be used as data to feed into ai-generated or other computer generated algorithms, nor may be used as a base, manipulated, or edited with ai/computer-generated imaging platforms.

  • Be edited, altered, or traced without the Artist's expressed, written permission, or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement.

  • Be distributed, reproduced, or otherwise profited from, unless explicitly stated in a Commercial Purpose Commission Agreement.

  • Be submitted into online or offline contests.

  • Be used to promote offensive, harmful, and otherwise hateful ideology.

  • Be incorporated into another work of art, or another artist's commission.

Personal Use

includes:

  • Profile pictures

  • Social media banners

  • LIMITED personal printing, not intended for sale

  • Sharing within a personal space (such as a personal social media account)

  • Any other activities that are not considered commercial use

Commercial Use

includes:

  • Marketing

  • Distribution & Use

  • Production & Profit (merch)

  • Adaptations

Commercial use will ALWAYS incur an additional fee on top of the commission and will scale based on the extent of the commission's use.

Commission Process

Order

Direct message or email me the details of your commission, with references, so I can assess whether I will be able to carry out your commission and provide a quote.If accepted, I will send you a form to fill out your information and provide additional details.If all slots are filled, you may request to be put on a waitlist, and I will re-confirm with you at a future time about your commission in order of the waitlist.I will begin once invoices are fully paid.

Sketch/WIP

During this time, I will work on some sketches for approval.Revisions must be made during this step since the artwork will be a lot more difficult to change once I begin rendering.

Render

For fully-illustrated commissions, rendering usually takes the longest.Revisions during this phase will incur additional fees.

Delivery

Commissioned artwork will be delivered through email, google drive, or other preferred methods once completed.
